I spent 7 years at Discover Financial and nearly 6 at Bread Financial doing one thing consistently — finishing 30–50% above performance baseline and earning up to $12,000 in annual bonuses. I wasn't just hitting goals. I was raising them.
In March 2026, I made the decision to go all in on tech. I'm currently completing Coding Temple's Full-Stack Web Development program — building React applications, Python projects, and earning verified certifications every step of the way.
